PRE-ORDER POLICY

Things You Need to Know BEFORE Placing an Order:


1. Fill out the order form if you 110% sure of what item you'd like to buy
~ Filled out order forms signifies that the item is already RESERVED
~ Do take note the items are pre-ordering, so please make sure that placing orders are considered FINAL

2. 50% Deposit is required. No downpayment, no transaction.

3. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
~ Reservation is for 7 days only, unless advised by the buyer

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION will be done via email
~ So please check out your emails!



5. Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer

6. NO PAYMENT NO SHIPPING!!

7. Tracking nos. will be sent via email or text message
~ Please refrain from asking 'When my package will arrive?'
~ Kindly note the How-To Track the package is included in the confirmation email, PM or text message

8. We have a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
